what material is best for my backdrop?
Your choice of material will depend on two factors. Price vs Quality.
VINYL is a durable, pliable material that is a bit heavier than our polyester option, but much more cost effective. The vinyl is water & tear resistant and suitable for indoor & outdoor use.
Ideal for trade show graphics, soft signage, and interior decoration POLYESTER banners are wrinkle-resistant and printed using a superior quality dye sublimation process.
can i order a custom size?
Of course! Our website makes it quick and easy for anyone to purchase standard sizes; however, if you need a specific size, please contact us and we will provide a quote.
what files do you accept?
When providing logo files, we prefer vector files such as EPS, PDF or AI (as they are scaleable without losing image quality). We will also accept JPG, TIF or PNG files that are 300 dpi at size. If you are unsure, please send your artwork to eventwalls@brandedinc.ca and a member of our team will contact you to discuss.
can i save on shipping costs by picking up my order?
Yes! You are welcome to pick up your order at our office located in West Mississauga.


how quickly can i get my order?
Event Walls
Our standard processing time is 6 to 8 business days for Matte Vinyl and 7 to 8 business days for Premium Polyester. We do offer RUSH 4 business day processing for Vinyl only.
Retractable Banner Stands
Our standard processing time is 2 to 4 business days.
